Associated Federal Abstract & Escrow Agency, Inc. was organized January 1, 2005 by Attorney Matthew C. Giannini. Since the inception of his first title company in March of 1979, Matthew C. Giannini has been an authorized agent.

Currently, Matthew C. Giannini serves as the Director of Associated Federal Abstract as well as the Secretary and Treasurer. The President of Associated Federal Abstract is Attorney Mary Ann Fabrizi. On January 2, 1998, Attorney Fabrizi became an issuing agent. The company is also represented by Patricia McFall, Director of Marketing and Public Relations; Deborah Boyer, Policy Coordinator and Susan Mellinger, Escrow Agent.

Our abstracts are completed by M&G Title Abstractors in Mahoning and Trumbull counties; by Cathy Hudas in Columbiana County and Patricia Fabry in Portage County. Associated Federal Abstract completes title searches in other Ohio counties and will provide escrow service in Western Pennsylvania. Our policy underwriters are Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance.
